A collection of personal work taken primarily to illustrate books and magazies.
The emphasis is on atmospheric landscapes, villages, castles, vineyards, the coast, rivers, mountains, and the seasons in France, Spain and UK.
There are smaller collections of India, Sri Lanka, Africa, Corsica, Germany and Belgium as well as Wildlife, Gardens, Plants and Trees together with images taken to illustrate Photographic Techniques.
Mike has written and illustrated 42 books on Photography, Travel and Wine which include : Master Photography: The Encyclopaedia of Photography, and The Art of Photographic Lighting.
He is currently working on a series called The Better Picture Guides. Titles produced so far are : Travel Photography, Photographing Plants and Gardens, Still Life and Close-up Photography, Black and White Photography, Landscape Photography, and Photographing People.
His travel and wine books include : Pauillac, France : the Four Seasons, England: the Four Seasons, Discovering the Villages of France, Discovering Spain, French Vineyards and To Live in France.
